Emily Yueh is Partner based in McKinsey’s New York office and one of the founders of McKinsey Academy, the arm of McKinsey dedicated to serving clients on executive leadership and capability building. Emily is a leader on organizational and talent efforts, with a deep expertise in leading organizational transformation work, and she serves leading healthcare and financial services companies.

Emily started receiving teachings and guidance from H. E. Jetsun Kushok Chimey Luding in 2006, and she took refuge with her two daughters from His Holiness the Sakya Trichen in 2019.
